Multi-caterpillar Haulage Device

● It is equipped with two, three, four, six or eight-caterpillar, so applicable pipe diameter is 20-1200mm. driving of all caterpillars adopts differential type couplings to ensure the equal load distribution between all caterpillars, avoid the stress deformation of driving chain and prevent gear case from overloading.
● V-style rubber block directly connects with the chain
● Under the conditions that the frictional coefficient between pad and pipe is much lower, the air cylinder with large dimension guarantees the high tractate power.
● All caterpillars adopt parallel guiding in end, lower caterpillar needs to be adjusted to needed traction position. Up caterpillar is driven by air cylinder to automatically adapt to the variation of pipe diameters and keep excellent contact pressure with outer wall of pipe.
