Tri-layer Co-extruded Doctor-blade Film and Film Lamination Unit

Mainly fed low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), this unit produces Tri-layer co-extruded doctor-blade film. The feature: the color layer is compounded between two transparent polyethylene (PE) film to avoid anaphylaxis caused by the direct contact of the color layer and skin. It has good mechanical property and widely used in the field of the perforated backing film of sanitary towel, medical attendance and health and commodity etc. It is the substitute product of single-layer doctor blade film.
